SOMO Christmas Parades

South Mobile County and the Villages of Dauphin Island is the place to be this holiday season! Catch the many parades happening in the area, starting December 3!


December 3 | 10:30 a.m.


Starting at 10:30 a.m., the parade will proceed from Griggs to Three Notch Rd., take Old Pascagoula Rd. to Tillman's Corner Parkway, turn onto Highway 90, turn around at the stoplight past Three Notch Rd. and end back at Griggs.


Southwest Mobile County Chamber Parade

December 3 | 10:30 a.m.


Experience Southwest Mobile County Chamber’s biggest event of the year! Bring the kids 8 a.m. - 10 a.m. for Breakfast with Santa, and afterwards, enjoy the annual Christmas parade at 10:30 a.m.


December 3 | 11 a.m.


Floats, bands and, of course, Santa Claus will be at Dauphin Island’s 33rd Annual Christmas Parade! Bring out the entire family, and line Bienville Boulevard for all the fun. If you want to be in the parade, decorate a trailer, boat, golf cart or truck, and be at Cadillac Square at 10 a.m., and email Maggie at mgodwin@townofdauphinisland.org to RSVP.


Bayou la Batre Christmas Fest

December 3 | 1 - 6 p.m.


This fun-filled event will feature vendors and musical entertainment, as well as a parade at 2 p.m, Santa's arrival at 5 p.m. and the tree lighting at 6 p.m.! All events are held between BLB City Hall, the Fire Dept and Mariner Park, and parking will be across the road at St Margaret’s with police escorting you across for the festivities.



December 3 | 6:30 p.m.


The Grand Bay Community annual Christmas Parade will roll Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 6:30 pm. Bring your family early and grab a good spot! Enjoy a variety of food vendors and shop craft vendors before the parade!




Dauphin Island Christmas Boat Parade

December 10 | 5 p.m.

Hosted by the Dauphin Island Property Owners Association, the Dauphin Island Christmas Boat Parade is definitely an event you won’t want to miss!

December 10 | 5 p.m


Grand Mariner’s restaurant will host its annual boat parade, featuring this year’s theme “Caroling on the River”. Watch your favorite Christmas songs rolling down Dog River from the upstairs deck while dining (reservations only) or the downstairs dock and bar. An award ceremony will immediately follow the parade in the party room for boater entries.





December 18 | 4:30 p.m.

Enjoy shrimp spaghetti and a boat parade at this FREE event! The parade will start at Lighting Point, head up the bayou to the turning basin in front of Marshall Marine Supply and return back to the starting point.
